Melbourne

Hey all

Am in Melbourne with Kelly for the weekend. It has been great so far, a real trip ;).

Friday - Got up at 3am to get to the airport by 4 for my flight at 5. I had a row by myself in the 737 - great, no thinking about others in how I sit. Hope tomorrow I have a flight like that.

Got in at 9am Melbourne time (8am Bne time) I was going to catch a train and then tram and train it back to her house, but I was too tired and just got a cab. The cabranks here have traffic marshalls, that show the taxis how to park, and the line move extremely quickly. Even when you ring and book a cab it comes within about 3 minutes.

On Friday after we both woke up and had gotten motivated to go out, we went opshopping and I was forced with ten thousand pieces of clothing to try on. Decided to buy just three. Not sure if I will ever wear them up there, but hey!

Kelly wanted to go clubbing, but I refused so she invited a few people around and after having half a bottle of vodka each through shots, was feeling fine with that. It was loud and kept going all night. Then Kelly started throwing up. Of course, drama drama drama, I freak out when she's rolling around on the ground flailing and screaming. Then to make matters worse, she throws up like a tablespoon of bright red blood, and I go, "That's it, hospital for you my dear" She blew 0.18 when we got her there and she was screaming for about 10 minutes in the emergency ward until they pumped her full of valium. The guy that had turned up thinking he was going to get some ended up staying at the hospital and massaging her feet until the doctor sent us home. We went back and got her about 2 1/2 hours later.

We went to bed at about 7am.

Yesterday, I didn't do anything until Kelly had work and then I accompanied her to the casino and took in a movie (at the casino) Then went shopping at Jay Jays and the Warner Bros store at midnight in the casino.

I am at the equivalent of a 7-11 using the back room full of computers. wierd huh.

I am heading off to the Victoria Markets and then I am not going to do anything tonight. Her roommates are fun and she has about 200 DVDs that her dad keeps sending her, so I will be able to find something to do.

See you on Monday or whenever.

The Producers

OK. So I sent sms's anyway, but I will put it up here so that noone can say they weren't told.

I have made a booking for the 31st March (thursday) to see the producers. The cost will be $79.90, and I can't guarantee that as an entire group we will sit together, but noone will sit alone.

I need to know by 9pm Wednesday the 9th February whether you are coming, and by saying yes, it means that I will have the $79.90 from you before 5pm on the 24th February (thursday again)

I know that having time limits to the time may seem to be a little rude and restrictive, but the seats are selling fast and to confirm this week is required so that we can all sit as close as possible to each other. I will then pay on the 25th, so if I have not got the money on the 24th unfortunately I will not be paying for your seat. This is only so that I do not get stuck paying for tickets and not getting money. I am not going to be lenient on this as I will have only just gotten back from Melbourne and will not be able to cover anyone.

Dancing

I am sore already. 1 hour of funk jazz... dear god....

owww.

Sun Day

A lonely little seagull walked over to us at Southbank, thinking the cigarette butt that Chantal had just thrown was perhaps a tasty meal. I don't think he was too impressed.

We, however had just eaten a delicious meal at Ahmett's Turkish restaurant. Just about full from the entrée, we slowly made our way through the main course. For the rest of the day we splashed around in the water, for a while pretending we were crocodiles :)

back

hey all im back... got back at like 8:15am this sunday morning.

wanted to see alfie, but it was for flights going to nz, so i choose i heart huckabees instead cause the other movies looked like complete shit.

cant believe that 5 weeks went by, I loved every minute of it. Did a lot of sight seeing and exploring, such as seeing 2000yr old trees, seeing midsummer nights dream out at an ampitheatre, went to the beach whenever the weather was welcoming. i also should be going overseas at the end of the year again.

hope to see you all sometime that im back

I’m not going to argue on here for anyone visiting to see. If anyone wants to flame people, go do it on Usenet or old fashioned abusive email.

I respect that some people see others in a positive light and some in a negative light and the vast majority of others on the planet, they regard indifferently.

I recognise that there are some who may consider me a friend, generally a good human being and some who may consider me an enemy, not a very nice person, but inside, aren’t I still the same person? And to the billions of people in the world who are unaware and indifferent to me, I greet with a smile :)

If you go back far enough, we were all once strangers and in the end, strangers we may all be once more. Friends can become enemies and enemies can become friends. A stranger may one day save your life.

Judging various acts through subjective eyes, friends, enemies and acquaintances become constructs of the mind. While disassembling these fabrications, we reveal the impermanence of all relationships, not only between those we know, but all those we may meet in the future and all else that influences us and our actions.

I am a friend to all and have made everyone administrators. Truly Democratic. Do as you please.

im not posting ne longer.
i only want friends to be privy to what i have to say.

Gooey Blog - The Motion Picture

An idea about making a short film or perhaps a series involving this blog had been floating around my head for a little while, so I thought I might post about it and see what everyone else thinks.

It will basically be just about a bunch of friends with various stuff happening in their lives and at certain times they post about it on the blog and then it cuts to someone else's life and how that post affects them until that person posts about their day, and so on, and so on.

Ok, so any ideas for storylines would be great, or just keep posting about stuff that happens during the day. Also you might like to try to encourage people who aren't posting all that often, just to post any old rubbish. It doesn't really matter as long as they're involved.

Thanks all, byeee.
