One Day Has Come

NaNoWriMo. Please can someone do this with me? I'm not going to make it on my own this year.

Also, I've released most of my 2004 novel, Tales of Andrew Waters if you're looking for something to read.

What's Your Motivation?

Everyone is invited to come along to see The Madhappies and Prettyguns play at Rics next month. We've put all your names on the door :) so now there's no excuses. Actually, there's no cover charge anyway, so yay! Bring all your friends too.

Yes, we realise it is a school night, so we promise not to keep you out too late if you have to get up the next day. Otherwise you can party all the way into Tuesday!

Gooooood mornin', good mornin', it's great to stay up late, good mornin', good mornin' toooo youuuuu!

Click the poster and print out a few, either at work, or on your friend's computer, etc, so you don't have to pay for the ink :P This is the first in a set of four. Collect them all!

Hope you see you there!

Ok, so one person besides Chontie said they can come on the first date, so I'm cancelling it. Final dates are for:

4 NOVEMBER
7PM
COSTUMES

Bring food and drinks that you want. I will be surviving on credit card after a month of not getting paid. Don't expect a lot to be provided.

See you all there.

Did you hear? She Drinks Beer

Oh what a fun Seck's filled day it was. I thought it was going to be free but alas it cost me $120. If only I had pulled out a little earlier...

Seein' The Light

We had a blast on Saturday night. I was able to satisfy my ever-growing addiction for hot liquid sex. Oh and the band of the same name was pretty good too.

Quite a good turnout, although I had a few last-minute cancellations, which was a little disappointing, but the appearance of Ian from Powderfinger and partner Georgie who brought along a party of twenty, made up for it. We recorded Bad Motivator at their Airlock Studios at Samford.

It was the first time we played an encore too, because people only really started to get up near the end and wanted to dance more. We really didn't have anything planned, so just pulled out one of our old songs we hadn't done in ages.

It was clearly a religious experience for Paulie, as you can see from this photo.

"Hallelujah, I have seen the light!"
