Hi guys I really want you to come to the following:
SKIRMISH Saturday 13th Jan in Samford for my b'day (12th), my sisters b'f's b'day Sam (13th) and Travs b'day (16th) you should only need $50 of which I will need a $10 deposit before the new-year and I need yes's before xmas, c'mon guys I am seriously getting forced to do this so the more the merrier ppppplease lol.
Following that we are off to the Dockside Comedy Club at $25 per person but its a great night and I suggest public transport or car pooling as parking is very very limited. Will also need numbers for that as well asap.
If you think you don't know us well enough come along to both anyways ;)

Yay Meg :) it should be a great day :) not sure what times they are organising Skirmish but I do know the arvo one finishes at 4:30 so we should have plenty of time to cruise to the Comedy Club :) Dunno what car we will take yet, if the Ford we will have three spare seats and if the van we may or may not have spare seats depending if Trav decides to leave it set up for camping or take that out and put in the back seat...

gonna keep my yes at the moment, but I may actually be working until 2pm. Is it another $50 or $40, cause I'll pay even if I end up not being able to go

Hey meg its actually only $30 I said $50 so ppl can afford extra paint balls and protection if required or they can afford drinks.
Its is booked for Saturday 13/01/07 @ 8:30am till 12mid day
Please note that when coming via Samford Road from the City, that players must make a right turn into Main Street at the Samford Village. This turn can be identified by the "Ampol" service station on the corner of the intersection (this is the only service station in the Samford ares). Main Street becomes Mt. Samson Road at the end of the Samford Village and we are 5 minutes out of town on the left hand side. Please ensure that you mention this to your group, because this is a common mistake made by players. They often proceed straight ahead to Mount Glorious.
Once its all over we are heading to Sams place (my sisters boyfriend, its his b'day on the day) for a bbq (which all are invited to, bring own meat though, up to you if you wanna come) then we are heading to the Comedy Club (if early we will go to the storey bridge hotel for some quiet drinks) Should be a good weekend I hope :)
