So I know it's something like 6 weeks away, but I was thinking that we could go out on the Tuesday before Christmas to celebrate... So keep the 19th December free...
If there is something else that's going on that night, tell me now so we can reorganise...
And, of course, should people want the meet at Southbank will be on again this year... as usual...

Um being a Tuesday it will be a work night :( however we have the next two weeks of work nights off work so maybe we could do something a little earlier? I dunno just a suggestion (doesn't have to be for xmas if you don't want...)....is there a secret santa or anything this year?
My family took on my suggestion of we put our names in a hat and pull out someone elses to buy for but the catch is everyone knows who's buying for who and ok so I'm buying for Liz but the present has to be from all the family so I have to consult all the family (except Liz) until I get a final consensis...does that make sense? lol it should be cool that way the present is from everyone not just one person :)
nah. we aren't going to do secret santa.
I'm sure some of would be up for dinner in the next fortnight...
organise something and sms/blog us all
i like the way that you just assume that no one would want to do secret santa
yeah me to, considering i was thinking of organising secret santa this year since i had a weird urge to do it, but yeah, nevermind.
You will notice that I said "we".
While this can mean everyone, in this instance, this little word means "Me and Shantell." As neither of us have the money, and no one has ever been overly-enthusiastic (read: the men in our group and you not allowing me to participate even though I was willing to and DID provide a present last year, withour requesting one in return be provided before I returned home) we decided that we were not going to organise the secret santa this year.
If you are set on running a secret santa, even from Germany, then feel free and organise it.
I'm not the one going to Germany, love.
