Freddos

When do we get our freddos Joshie have we been good for long enough yet?

omg idiots...

the other day i was at chermy and saw the most stupidest car accident.

omg, so... the lights were red and there were a bunch of cars stopped on all the lanes, anyways one car decided it wanted to go into the turning lane, and it had already stopped but it just started to turn into the lane, and didnt even bother to look next to it to see the bus and car that were already in that lane... & it crashed into the car...

Our weekends as of late

Hi everyone :o)

Well while everyone is sharing stories I may as well tell you our little story:

We have been going to the Coolum Pub every Saturday night......at like 11pm once I finish my study and we've had a few drinks........Okay so that sounds lame....right? well every Saturday night they turn the sports bar into a dance party complete with DJ and promo's, we leave home on foot with a few drinks under our belts and the entry fee of $3 and then drink water all night lol . Last Saturday night they were going around with a camera taking pics for the local paper, every week they do an ad in the paper with a colage of pics from the Saturday night and well this time we got in AND Trav got his face circled cause of his very very sexy smile :o) and we won a $50 voucher... we thought for drinks but alas it was for a dinner in the beer garden..............sooooo for the first time we went dancing with Beck and Dwayne on Saturday (who some of u may have met at our last party thing, she was pregnant at the time and they have now moved to Coolum with their beautiful two girls) anyway that night just went off Beck and I did not leave the dance floor from like 1030 till 2am lol. And then last night we (Just Trav and I) went to the beer garden at the pub for some quiet live music and a meal each, the voucher had enough left over for Trav to have two bundies and me to have my diet coke.....hhhmm I think I should get into my study this week lol. But all in all for $10 we had the best weekend since our party last year hahaha.

Soooo what did everyone else get up to? How was the bbq?

lots of love
De xoxo and Trav :o)

Free food rocks....

Tonight we went to dinner at fasta pasta, katty and natty invited us to dinner and movies at stafford earlier tonight and then after we had decided we would get out of bed, as we were just about to go to sleep, theh decide they wanna go to the city. its kinda a long way to go to the city just to eat, and i really didnt wanna be out late and a trip to the city always ends up being late, + the added bother of actually getting to the city was too much. so sry guys but just wasnt really up for the city tonight. ne way, as we were already decided, i msg ppls and told them to meet at 8, only John Marr and Meg came but the cool thing. a good friend of Nickki's works at FP and she go us our entire meal and drinks for free. yay :p woot, free food always is the best. lol
so we got free food yay, hehehe

so we had dessert at cold rock and now im off to bed so night all.

Damn user aggreements....

Songs in the City

The song in the city is sung by the man
Who is wretched and lonely with only one hand;
Who is frightened and weary and is waiting to leave
On a train going nowhere or a shadowy steed.

When he listens he hears what is hidden from all,
All but the madmen with their hollers and calls
To the girls in the night just meandering by,
To the place in their minds where they sit and they cry.

But their tears fall unanswered in the desolate night,
While the man lost and lonely overburdened with fright
Gains ground on the foothills with the mountains ahead
Never longing, never lonesome, ever growing instead.

There are some in the city who never will hear
That soothing sound of a song so clear
As to never be burdened with things left unsaid,
But happy humming along to the tunes in their heads.
